組織內(nèi)部的各種對(duì)立,本身就是一種能量,協(xié)調(diào)不好就是內(nèi)耗,協(xié)調(diào)好了就是力量。經(jīng)理人員必須在充分溝通的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)各種潛在的對(duì)立關(guān)系及其能量進(jìn)行協(xié)調(diào),實(shí)現(xiàn)組織內(nèi)部的對(duì)立統(tǒng)一。經(jīng)理人員在促進(jìn)組織內(nèi)部對(duì)立統(tǒng)一或相互合作過(guò)程中,主要的管理方式就是“服務(wù)”。具體而言,經(jīng)理人員應(yīng)該本著“成就他人、成就自己”的精神,把自己當(dāng)做一個(gè)專(zhuān)業(yè)人士,當(dāng)做下屬的一個(gè)同僚或合作伙伴,指導(dǎo)、幫助、約束和激勵(lì)下屬成長(zhǎng)、做好工作、完成任務(wù)、取得成果和成就、取得精神和物質(zhì)上的報(bào)酬、獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)或補(bǔ)償,并使報(bào)酬超過(guò)下屬所做出的個(gè)人犧牲。可以說(shuō),經(jīng)理人員的這些服務(wù),構(gòu)成了一個(gè)組織的實(shí)質(zhì)。
